If you would like to place an order for GPS Tax Supplies products via our web site, please follow the instructions below.

From the Home Page click on the “Products” link.
You will be brought to our Product Guide where you can navigate through our extensive product list to find exactly what you are looking for.
Once you find the product you are interested in, click on the “Product SKU#” link.
This will bring you to our shopping cart where you can review a more detailed product description if needed, then input the quantity and click on the “Add to Shopping Cart” button.
Follow the instructions as you proceed to checkout.

Fax Your Order -

If you would like to place an order for GPS Tax Supplies products via fax, please follow the instructions below.

Once you have determined the products you would like to order you can print out an Order form to fax in to us.
Click here to open the off-line order page.
This will bring you to our Order page that will have several links to Order Forms.
Click on the “Basic Order Form” link.
This will open a PDF file which you can then print using your browser’s print feature.
After you have printed the Order form close the browser window displaying the Order form.
Complete the Order form and please fax it to the number listed on the top of the form.

Phone in Your Order -
